Every Journey has a Direction …
maps are tools for we who feel adventurous!
Over the years there have been horrendous methods and strategies for losing weight. Men and women have exposed themselves to some pretty drastic measures in order to beat their own measurements.
To date I have lost and gained nearly 100 pounds throughout my 20's and early 30's. I've danced around in a size 10 denim skirt and size medium/small sweater; however I have also had my share f times pouting about in shirts as big as XXL and size 20-22 stretch jeans. Now, at 35 years old I believe I have it figured out and embrace the Lab Band as the last 'drastic' step I will need to talk in order to win my personal battle of the bulge.
That being said, at then end of the day it is still up to me. I do not have flesh eating bacteria inside me doing it for me, nor do I have HcG injections, pills, or unrine injections to speed up my metabolism. Yes, people really do that.
